CitiStop associates are responsible for providing the best overall service to all customers. This includes greeting all customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. The Associate will be responsible for monitoring the cash register, ringing up sales, requesting money for purchases, and giving back correct change. In addition to these duties associates will be trained to stock and organize the store area, remove trash as necessary, ensure that bathrooms are clean for customers, and ensure a clean and manageable work area.

CitiStop is a dynamic facility that operates gas stations in the greater Asheville area. All sales are made at the pump or the inside counter area. Managers are responsible for the operation of the inside and outside of the property.

Duties include but are not limited to, daily paper work and bank deposits, hiring and training of all staff, inventory, ordering, control, and stocking, cleanliness of inside and outside of property including sales room, bathrooms, pumps, concrete pads, etc., ensuring that all trash is taken out in a quick and effective manner.

Good managerial skills, steady work history, basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
